Meditation can be a wonderful thing all you need is a mantra …try this one “ Close your eyes in a darkened room make sure its silent ..no phones or noises and say Hearing over and over again stretching it out and until you hear it echoing then leave the rest to `God ‘ do this daily and it will relax your mind ….A relaxed mind leads to a relaxed body, heart and soul and eventually you feel calmer in life Amen

Silence within certainly makes ”One” emphatic perhaps. Oh my, I am pondering many blogs this last week—heaps of animosity—Social Media in overdrive.
