Life is a temporary pause,
A momentary stop before we move on,
A peaceful rest amidst the journey,
Towards a greater destiny beyond.
We are each on a unique path,
Learning and growing as we go,
Before we bid farewell to this life,
And embark on a new adventure to know.
Our destination is a place of wonder,
Beyond what we can imagine or see,
Some may reach it sooner than others,
But we’ll all arrive eventually.
And when our journey comes to an end,
We’ll receive a glorious reward,
An everlasting peace to embrace,
In the loving presence of the Lord.
