I assert that no individual is inherently superior to another due to colour, culture, education, socioeconomic status, or wealth. We must recognise that we all exist within a framework of differences we did not choose. Our focus should not be on these distinctions; instead, we should extend our hands toward one another and acknowledge that our differences should not obstruct our unity in upholding our fundamental human values: compassion, peacefulness, respect, honesty, innocence, humbleness, and sympathy.
Consider the simplicity of a smile—does a baby born in one part of the world express joy any differently from a baby born elsewhere? Do their cries possess a different quality? While we may not share the same linguistic or cultural backgrounds, the universal act of smiling can create an immediate bond between us. This phenomenon illustrates the profound power of shared humanity.
I aspire for any feelings of arrogance or greed within me to be redirected toward a profound sense of humility. By doing so, I believe we can collectively dismantle the barriers shaped by ignorance and elevate the discourse surrounding the fundamental rights we all possess as human community members.
