UNDERSTANDING WHAT HAPPINESS
Happiness is not something you achieve, as happiness is not an
object. Happiness is a vibration. You are either at a frequency where
you can experience the vibration of happiness, or you are at a frequency
where you are unable to experience the vibration of happiness. A radio
is an object. You can buy this radio. However, if the dial is faulty and
you can not turn the dial on the radio to tune into 95FM or any
other stations, the radio is useless.
When you are in alignment (absence of two different frequencies or
presence of one singular frequency), you experience happiness.
When you are in the frequency of the positive polarity, you experience
happiness.
When the frequency of your false Self is deactivated, you experience
happiness.
You can not obtain happiness as happiness is not an object.
You çannot manufacture
happiness as happiness is not an object. You go into
where happiness is, and then you experience happiness.
When you are not tuned to the frequency of happiness, you have to tune in. When you have already tuned in to the frequency of joy, you will tune out you do not know how to remain there.
You tune in or
out of the frequency of happiness using your thoughts.
Your
thoughts have the same function as the dial on the radio. You tune in to a
station on the radio by turning the radio dial. Similarly, you tune
into the frequency of happiness by adjusting your thoughts. Once your thoughts match the frequency of joy, you are locked in.
When you think of a thought that does not match the
frequency of joy, you exit the frequency of joy as there is
no match
Buddhism is a lifestyle rather than just an organised religion. The all-powerful God is the Master of the Universe. Some spiritual leaders teach this way of life. Generally, one is born to care for all living beings, often in silence, while others show humility by feeding the hungry and living without shoes. Jesus, known for his humility, also went barefoot and served those in need by washing their feet.
