Under the Bus
Sometimes, people say they’re acting for us.
They’ll promise a place until along comes a bus
Without care, throwing you under there, blaming the shortfalls so they won’t have to dare
You see,
this is where they think you belong by their selfish side stringing you along
While under that bus, try to hold tight when they try to control part of your life,
Broken and shattered, down but not out, collecting those scattered pieces.
Putting them back together is a daunting task for suspicious people.
Now, you dare not to ask
All those insecurities only show life’s fools ‘ actions cutting deeply but give you tools.
Learning life’s tools from this little game, hard lessons learned in how it’s played.
Use those lessons to tell your truth to all of the haters who thought they knew
Always remember karma’s a bus, too, and patience for fools brings
karma’s one final rule
Tiptoe carefully. Karmas is going to chase you down 👎
