The 34-year-old was last seen at a property on Yass River Road, north of Canberra, in mid-July.
Today, police confirmed they had found a body, believed to be that of the missing woman, in the Yass River 10 days ago, on September 3.
A few days later, her husband made a public plea for information about her whereabouts.
He described Mrs Quinn, who is originally from Germany, as an artist and a “really gentle person”.
A large search was conducted to try to find Mrs Quinn. As part of that search, police divers scoured local waterways.
In a statement, NSW Police said there would be an autopsy to determine her cause of death.

A body, believed to be that of a missing woman, has been located in the Yass area.
The 34-year-old woman was last seen at a property on Yass River Road, Yass River, about 10.30am on Sunday 16 July 2023.
She was reported missing to officers from The Hume Police District, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts with extensive searches conducted of the surrounding area.
On Sunday 3 September 2023, the body of a woman was located in the Yass River at Yass.
The body has now been identified as that of the missing woman, however, will undergo a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
