AceNewsDesk – Dazzling pictures of the harvest supermoon captured by stargazers across the world
Photographers and stargazers have been treated to a show overnight as the harvest supermoon lit up skies across the world.
The September supermoon is known as the harvest moon because in the northern hemisphere, it is closest to the autumn equinox.
In Australia, it falls around the time of the spring equinox.
The Moon began to look bright and large on Tuesday and will continue to do so until the end of the week.

When is the next supermoon?
There will be two more supermoons this year.
The next supermoon, the hunter’s moon, will be on October 17.
A new moon will happen on November 15.
