REVELRY.” a poem a.k.a.: “What Lovers Do.” Sept. 25, 2019 (Wednesday: Karaoke Tonight at The Blues.)

I BIDE AWAY THE HOURS;

I’m im agin ing I’m YOU.

WeTwoAreBecomingAsOne; it’s sim ply what we do.

We two (?) are interlocked; it’s (suddenly) plain to see,

For I am lost in you, and you are lost in me,

And what is this about? this “merging re velry,”

Where TWO ARE QUITE OBSESSED?

IsItMaybe “RE A LI TY,”

WhenLOVE OBSESSES IN ONENESS, forWeTwoAreDisSatisFied,

By being two apart; we know that Life has lied,

To tellUs we are se par ate, when we know that we are ONE,

And, when we revel in such “dreams?”

Our bodies “wake” in the fun,

Of merging our two bodies

In pas sionate em brace,

And I AM so turnedOn by that look upon your face,

Which some might call ECSTATIC or LOSTinLOVE,

IsThisPOEM,

Sim p ly describing:

THEjOYoFfindingYourRealHome?

We two become as one; I’m then FOUND in you,

And you in me It’s: RE VE LRY,

Yes, ThisIsWhatLoversDo.
