#AceNewsReport – Apr.01: In February 2021, detectives attached to Sydney City Police Area Command, assisted by the NSW Department of Education, established Strike Force Millard to investigate reports a teenage girl had been sexually assaulted by a man between 2009 and 2012, after meeting at a Sydney school:

NSW Report: Man charged over alleged historical sexual assault of teenage girl in Sydney CBD: ‘Following extensive inquiries, investigators attended a home in Wiley Park just before 10.30am yesterday (Friday 21 March 2021), and arrested a 30-year-old man after a search warrant was executed at the premises where electronic devices were seized for forensic examination’

Saturday, 27 March 2021 08:51:19 AM:

The man was taken to Campsie Police Station and charged with 20 offences including;

• Three counts of assault with act of indecency,
• Seven counts of aggravated sex assault – victim under the age of 16 years,
• Incite person under 16 years to commit act of indecency,
• Procure child under 14 years for unlawful sexual activity,
• Procure child for unlawful sexual activity,
• Aggravated sex assault- inflict actual bodily harm on victim,
• Commit act of indecency with person under 16 years,
• Meet/travel to meet child groomed for sexual activity,
• Sexual intercourse with person under care between 16 and 17 years,
• Two counts of persistent sexual abuse of a child, and
• Sexual intercourse with person under care between 17 and 18 years.

Police will allege in court the man sexually assaulted the girl on multiple occasions while she was a student at a school in Sydney’s CBD between October 2009 and December 2012: He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Saturday 27 March 2021).
