“LIVING IN THE STATE OF ACCEPTANCE!”
To always be happy with just what I’ve got, Is the only way that I’ll never be caught,

With sadness and longing for something else, Sir,
I will accept the state that I’m under.
The neighbors would like it, and officers too,
Who notify me of the things I must do.
The governments wanting the sheep to behave,
Will widely applaud me, an accepting knave.
And I can forget about life, liberty,
For I won’t pursue the things I always see,
All that I need is what I do have here,
All of my prayers will be: “Thank you, my dear.”
Well, afterall, isn’t this just what we’re told,
Worry not ever, and you’ll be right bold.

I pray then, forever, that a smile might dwell,
Upon grateful lips, even if I’m in Hell.
I get what I need, and I need what I want,
Whatever you give me,
I give you a grunt,
Of gratitude, happy that I’m under you,
The grateful do happily dwell in the zoo.
