I think about you all the time And every day I try not to cry
So much has happened to me
After the day that you died
But I remember all of your pedagogy
All of these traumas are still hard to take in I remember your beautiful smile And how never once I heard you resist.
When things begin to get so hard and I’m finding it difficult to stay explicit, I just kneel and pray, then hope it gets easier
It usually works out.
