The Darkness
The Darkness has arrived.
Now I’m under attack.
All my bridges are broken.
There’s no going back.
I have a one way ticket
Pass the point of no return.
My dreams have hit the buffers
All my lessons have been learnt
Heading down a one way street
That only leads to hell.
I can sense what is waiting,
And I know it’s not ideal.
Lost inside an endless maze
Of doubt and used to be’s.
Looking back with no way out
Down a dark tunnel of yesterday
The Darkness has arrived.
There’s no turning back.
But I will never forget
All the dreams I used to have
