- Decide to whom you are sending the healing
- Sit quietly where you are at peace and can- not be disturbed.
- take several deep relaxing breaths and ask for the presence of Archangel Raphael.
- Begin to sensitize your hands by shaking them gently. Then rub your palms together rapidly in a circular mo- tion several times to build up the surface
- Slowly move your palms away from eachother, until they are about 15-20cm apart, and you can feel the energy built up in between your palms.
- Begin to form the energy in between your hands into a sphere and visualize it being an emerald green colour.
- Ask archangel Raphael to bless and charge the emerald sphere with his powerful healing energy.
- When you feel the emerald green sphere is fully charged and strongly pulsing with energy, please send it to the person and picture them absorbing it. See them smiling, healthy and robust.
