
GROW OR LET IT GO
Learn to no longer take the criticism and the harsh opinions of others to heart.
Until you do, you’ll likely feel the need to close off your heart to protect yourself, which will also at the same time unintentionally block your heart from receiving and giving love too.
Start taking other peoples criticism only to the mind and not to the heart.
Learn from it, consciously choose to either grow because of it or let it go.
Ask yourself, can I use this experience to grow?
Or should I just let it go?
Don’t analyse it for too long, meditate upon it,
Centre yourself and view it from a higher perspective.
