The Universe tends to respond to the frequency at which we vibrate. It cannot recognise our desires, wants, or needs, but it does react to the frequency we are emitting. For instance, if we are vibrating in the frequency of fear, guilt, or shame, we are likely to attract things of a similar vibration to support that frequency. Conversely, if we are vibrating in the frequency of love, joy, and abundance, we are highly likely to attract things that resonate with that frequency. To put it differently, it’s like tuning into a radio station. Just as we must tune into the radio station we want to listen to, we must also tune into the energy we want to manifest in our lives.
