
Some days are difficult.
When such days come, I allow myself to feel whatever emotions my body demands, and I give it the time it needs to cope and recover.
Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed by problems that are too big for me to handle, and in such moments, I set them down.
I take a break, knowing that even though I may not be able to solve the problem at that moment, I can focus on protecting my spirit instead.
Some days, my heart beats loudly and relentlessly, and I can’t seem to silence the noise.
So, I shifted my focus to quieter places like music, art, heaven, and trees.
I give myself grace even when shaking in the dark, knowing.
Have you ever had those days where nothing seems to go right?
You know, the ones I’m talking about, where even the simplest tasks feel like a struggle.
It cannot be easy to stay motivated during those times, but remember that tomorrow is a new day, and things will improve!
