i hope that you find what you are looking for.

but i hope that what you are looking for is driven only by things like love.

and mending.

and a soul at peace with where it resides.

i hope that all of the parts of you that still remain fragile,

grow sturdier and braver with time.

that you choose sometimes,

to do the harder things in life so that when you encounter an unexpected storm,

you will already have some flight behind your wings.

i hope you feel deeply.

and fall with arms wide open beneath you.

i hope you heal.

even if you do not yet know where the path is leading you.

i hope you find your spirit in tact and filling.

that you find the kind of water that quenches your thirst and the kind of shelter that does not crumble.
