
The Greenland shark, also known as the gurry shark, grey shark, or by the Kalaallisut name eqalussuaq, is a large shark of the family Somniosidae, closely related to the Pacific and southern sleeper sharks. This shark was five years old when Martin Luther Wrote the 95 thesis in October 31, 1517.
