Take a deep breath in

Hold it for six seconds

We all need to take a deep breath every now
and then

Especially when the stressors of life seem too overbearing

Anxiety has a funny way of taking over our lives

And sometimes even hinders our ability to simply breathe

Whether it is school, work, a relationship, or family that is stressing you out

Setting time aside for yourself is key to maintaining a healthy mind

The next time you start to feel a little sense of anxiety or panic coming along

Put your hand on your chest and remind yourself that you have both feet firmly on the ground

And you have the power to calm your body down during those super stressful moments

It can be really hard to remind yourself to breathe

Even though we do it subconsciously
