Some people never realize their full potential simply because they don’t recognize it. They go around with feelings of inferiority, assuming that everybody else knows more than they know or is more talented than they are.
Because they feel inferior, they hold back on expressing their ideas, and they fail to take the initiative. They believe others are better qualified to act, so they leave the action to others and don’t view life through an optimistic lens.
This is a terrible waste of human talent. If you feel that way, it’s time to take a positive look at yourself. Everybody is good at something.
If you can identify your special talent, then you can maximize your contribution to yourself, your company, and your community. The only thing that is holding you back is you.
