This is such an awesome post! And I love the line, “The best way to appreciate your job is to imagine yourself without one.” How true that is! There’s a difference between a boss and a leader. A boss barks off orders and lets their position of power go to their head. A Leader is humble and works with their people. A leader’s kindness and humbleness makes people more than happy to work with them and often makes others want to be on their team!
