It’s been nine years since my kidnapping. Or is it twelve? I honestly can’t remember. The days seem to melt together here. I still wonder why they chose me. I wonder why they chose any of us. What did we do to deserve this? The people who took me are sick, twisted freaks. They get their kicks out of dressing us up and making us act like fools. We’re forced to sing, dance and perform humiliating acts. We have no choice but to entertain their disgusting little friends all day. And if we refuse? Beatings, food deprivation and then disappearing altogether. I’ve had so many friends go missing and be replaced with a new captive the next day. The worst part is that no one seems to realise we’re being held against our will. They seem to think we enjoy being put in these disgusting costumes every day and behaving like morons. They come in smiling ear to ear, snapping photographs and yelling, “Hey! Hey Mickey Mouse! Minnie! Over here!”
