There are exceptional stories of kindness and compassion all around us. Simple acts here and there are noticed when you put your focus on good. Humanity, overall, is yummy. I believe it. I see it. Sure, we have a few oddballs, a couple with screws missing, some others who make you wonder how they make through their days. There is duality. Where there is love and compassion there is hope. Yeah…there are more amazing souls than not.
It’s imperative to be kind. You will never know how badly that person needs you at that moment. Sometimes, while living in our fast-paced erratic world we are harsh. It can be easy to be cruel without being conscious because of stressors. There are those moments that we might not be gentle with others. But, return to equilibrium by recognizing we all have bad days, rough experiences, but we can choose love. We can show a smile of gratitude.
