An origami cow stands on the fence, as we look in the direction of the famed Chinati Foundation in Marfa, Texas, U. S. A. “Building 98,” or Fort D. A. Russell, is the headquarters for The International Woman’s Federation and is “next door” to “Chinati!” Tours are available to see fascinating designs and shows, including The Room of ART, created by German prisoner-of-war officers, who were housed here during World War II and allowed to do murals on some of the interior walls.
