“Hello, I love you body.” I love how it’s coped and suffered long,

How it’s HELD TOGETHER and still tries to be strong,

How although MisunderstoodMisinterpret(t)edAndPerturbed,

It’s DONE SO WELL, having to endure adjectively and adverbed.

It’s run and jumped, stroked and strived,

So diligentAndStalwart and wondrously, it’s kept alived,

Through ThickNThin and snip and tuck,

And reconstruction, and with every f – – – ,

It has enjoyed and shivered from,

I PRAISE YOUR FORM, each hair andYourBum.

And I am partial (especially) to YOUR glorious form,

And ItIs U nique; thus, never the norm.

IT’S YOU, YOUR BOD; I LOVE TO HOLD EVERY WRINKLE,

And feelAndWatchItMove, even doing poo and tinkle.

I love to holdAndKiss andWeMature, SO let’s beware,

Of demeaningOrOverextendingOrOverimproving IT ; yeah, I love to stare,

All day and tell your body, “I Love You,”

For housing HONEY, Mr(s) Cuddly Poo.

I love our bodIES and would like to aPolOgize,

For notHavingMoreFaithInThem and failing to symPathize,

With them more, FOR THE BODY KNOWS,

MORE THAN WE THINK I THINK MORE THAN WE SUPPOSE.

Yet, through sun and rain and wind and tears,

AlthoughWe’ve filled our bodies with SO MANY FEARS,

Our precious frames have still brought us together,

So that our essences, which are really very clever,

Can lock and talk and mess around.

“THANK YOU BODIES.” We’ve NO IDEA where we’re bound.

So, let’s caress ’em dressAndUndress ’em. Protect ’em as we can, and try to have FAITH IN THEIR PLAN.

For, however we imagine they mightA failed us, We’re ONLY GUESSIN’ ;

They could be teaching us A BLESSED LESSON:

(Moral) [That] IF WE’LL HANDLE THEM WITH LOVE, WHETHER HARD OR SOFT AND SPEAK TO THEM KINDLY, AND TELL ‘EM WE LOVE ‘EM QUITE OFT, THEY MIGHT LAST FOREVER, WITH SLIGHT MODIFICATION, OUR BODIES, WHEN THEY COME TOGETHER, IS LIKE GRAND CENTRAL STATION: meaning they’re kindA noisy, with interesting sounds and smells. BUT, OH, MY MY WHAT AMAZING STORIES EACH BODY TELLS.
