In shadows deep where memories reside, 

We gather stones thrown, with hearts open wide

 
Hands weighed down by remnants of pain,

 
A heavy burden, a heart wrapped in chains. 

But look now, dear heart, at the toll it takes,

 
The weariness creeping in, the cracks, and the aches.

 
Each stone holds a story, a wound that won’t heal,

 
Yet freedom awaits if you dare to feel it. 

So let us together, with courage, release, 

Drop each jagged fragment and find moments of peace.

 
Forgive those who hurt you, let go of the strife,

 
Mourn for the past, but reclaim your own life. 

Tears like rivers, let them flow free, 

A cleansing of sorrow, a step towards the sea.

 
With each drop, feel the weight start to fade, 

Walk forward with joy in the light you have made. 

With a pure heart and a shining soul.
