I’d be silver if I had to describe myself as a colour.
Why?
Because it resonates with the essence of grey.
Grey is a shadow, trailing behind yet striving to keep up.
It pairs well with everything, though it can seem dull.
Grey embodies the calm before and after a storm,
Enhancing all it touches,
Yet, it often feels lacklustre alongside itself.
But then I realised why I hadn’t chosen grey:
Someone always sees the beauty in that grey and transforms it into a radiant silver.
To that person,
I love you.
