Hello there… I’m a little white bat and want to share something important with you. I promise I don’t drink blood, and I definitely don’t want to get tangled in your hair!
If I happen to accidentally find my way into your home, please don’t be frightened or try to hit me with sticks or brooms. That can really hurt, and I get scared, too. I never intended to cause any alarm. If I land and seem stuck, I might need help getting back in the air. Gently use a towel to guide me outside, and I’ll be on my way in no time, I promise.
I love to eat mosquitoes and other insects that can bother you. Sadly, our natural habitats are being replaced by new buildings, and we’ve lost many places to call home. So, if I do fly inside, please consider turning off your indoor lights, keeping the outside light on, and leaving the door open. I’ll find my way out quickly.
