Above it stood the seraphim: each one had six wings; with twain, he covered his face, and with twain, he covered his feet, and with twain, he did fly. And one cried unto another and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
The heavenly beings proclaim the glory of God. Seraphim is translated “burning ones, ” and they are some kind of heavenly being. They proclaim how holy the Lord is. They say that He is the holiest. The earth exhibits how glorious He is because His very breathe created it. Go look outside. Look at the grass, trees, and the sky. Each is a miracle. Amazing! God’s glory surrounds us all the time. We just have to open our eyes and look at it. If you’re struggling to see it, then just listen to the birds chirping – God gave them their voices too. The birds’ song glorifies God.
