The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou nearest the sound thereof, but canst does not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is everyone born of the Spirit.
There is more to life than what we experience through our senses. Where does the wind start and end? This is the question that Jesus invites us to consider. If we rely only on our eyes and ears, we miss out on the fullness of life. But when we experience rebirth in Jesus, we become alive in the Spirit and enter into communion with the Father.
Lord, thank You for awakening my spirit and making me alive in You. Teach me to live by Your Spirit, to be still and know Your presence. You see the beginning and the end, so I trust in Your infinite knowledge and wisdom. Give me eyes to see what You want me to see so that I may walk each day in step with Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen.
