Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.🙌
The best way to train a child is by showing them yourself. The best way to show them yourself is to master the thing that you aim to train them in. Train yourself in the ways of the Lord so that you may train a child. They will see the benefits that it has on your life and they will naturally train themselves to adopt the same beneficial behaviors and beliefs.🙌
Almighty Father, You have trained me well, but I am a slow learner. I am thankful for Your patience, because I need to be told things many times for my stubborn mind to let it set in. Help me to learn the ways of Your holy word, so that I may train others in the same way that You have trained me. I also wish to thank you for sending the many teachers and holy people into my life, for my faith journey would have taken an entirely different course if not for them. I pray all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen.🙏
