Lord, I eagerly seek your guidance,
for I’ve realised I can be the architect of my challenges.
On those days when my pride swells high,
My words can pierce like arrows,
And my impatience can dim the light of my love. So, I’m asking for your strength to help me break free from my stubbornness,
fears, and a nagging tendency to be self-focused.
I fully surrender to you, knowing I can’t transform myself alone.
Mould me into the extraordinary person you envision for me
more loving, more forgiving, and more like you!
Please guide me to take ownership of my journey,
not to dwell on my missteps,
But to rise above them and be better for it.
