No matter what lies ahead, I ask for the strength to be prepared. Please help me feel whole and reach a place where I can embrace the goodness that comes my way without the urge to undermine it.

I’ve reflected on my past experiences, realising that I often struggle to identify what I truly need or want, leaving me with a sense of emptiness. Assist me in nurturing my own completeness so that I’m not searching for validation or fulfilment in others.

I carry the weight of past hurts, disappointments, and betrayals, and I seek your guidance to rebuild my trust.

I recognise that I’ve also inflicted pain on others, allowing my own struggles to affect those around me.

Help me find the peace within that I need to break this cycle and foster healthier relationships.

As I move toward new beginnings, grant me an open heart that balances hope with discernment.

I want to leave behind the baggage of the past and not let my previous fears hold me hostage in the present.

Teach me to enjoy my company to gracefully let go of what doesn’t serve me without feeling the need to cling or plead for it to remain in my life.

I long to understand the difference between my desires and the path you intended for me.

May I learn to be patient and recognise when to let go of what isn’t meant for me so that I don’t settle for less than what you envision for my life?
