The Lord gently searches our hearts.
He knows our joys and sorrows and observes our sins.
God determines what harms our spirits and works within us to remove the darkness and numerous temptations from our lives.
Our God is patient and merciful as He examines our hearts with justice and integrity.
We are grateful for a heavenly Father who takes the time to know our hearts so that we can be closer to Him.
Dear Lord, please forgive us our sin and remove temptations that lead us astray. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
