Dear Lord, when You speak to us, we will listen.
Your words have purpose and meaning in our lives, and we will surrender to Your will.

Rain falls from the sky to nourish the ground below so that nature can flourish.
Water evaporates into the heavens when its job is complete.
God does not speak to us without purpose.
He gives us direction to nourish our souls; so the Good News will flourish in the world.
After we accomplish our job, we will reunite with our heavenly Father.
His work in our lives will have served its purpose.
