I recognise and appreciate the fundamental aspects of existence: vitality, well-being, the presence of family and friends, and the multitude of positive elements in my life.
Please infuse me with your essence of love and illumination.
Grant me the perception to recognise my surroundings’ inherent beauty and derive appreciation from even the most fundamental experiences.
Equipe me with the resilience and fortitude necessary to navigate today’s challenges.
Instil in me the attributes of kindness and compassion, enabling me to serve as a beacon of hope and support for those around me.
Guide my decisions and direct my path in alignment with the intentions you have laid out for my journey.
