A fevered planet, a world ablaze,
A climate crisis in countless ways.
The ice caps melt, the oceans rise,
A mournful sigh beneath the skies.
The forests burn, a smoky shroud,
A fragile Earth, weary and bowed.
The polar bears, their homes adrift,
A stark reminder, a painful gift.
The seasons shift, the weather’s wild,
A turbulent world, nature’s child.
The droughts and floods, a cruel decree,
A future is uncertain for you and me.
Let’s heed the call, a global plea,
To mend our ways, set nature free.
A sustainable path, a hopeful sight,
A brighter future, shining bright.
