In Fair Verona: Discernment
The truth urges you to be more vigilant in your discernment.
Sometimes, we become entangled in our minds’ conclusions, wondering,
“Should I do this, or should I do that?”
The mind can
be tricky to navigate; it is constantly changing and often chaotic.
Trying to discern by simply checking your thoughts is like stepping into quicksand: you can easily become ensnared in a desperate struggle that usually leads to disaster.
Instead, focus your awareness on your body. Your body is the barometer of your soul.
If you have a question, ask it, then breathe deeply and direct your focus to the front of your body.
If you feel relaxed, neutral, or at ease, your body signals that it’s okay to take action.
However, you should refrain from acting if you sense discomfort, such as a catch in your breath or feelings of unease.
To be genuinely discerning, listen to your body—it never lies.
We are in fair Verona, where we lay our scene.
