One of the benefits of living in a fruit-growing area is the opportunity to either pull up at a roadside stall or go on a pick-your-own adventure for delicious fresh fruit. Glenbernie Orchard at Darkes Forest has been running pick-your-own experiences for years. Some growers say new regulations around trading days and the number of people allowed on the farm proposed by the NSW government could shut them down.
